China Open “InClub” Membership Rules and Regulations (Effective from July, 20th 2017)

Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the China Open InClub (hereinafter referred to as “InClub”) and become a club member. By joining the InClub you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, so please carefully read and understand them. For the latest terms and conditions of the InClub membership, please visit tickets.chinaopen.com/en/, or follow the WeChat service account "China Open InClub" to check with our customer service team on WeChat.

The China Open InClub and its website are managed and operated by China Open Promotions Limited (hereinafter referred to as “China Open”), and the services provided will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and other terms, rules, and agreements (including but not limited to "China Open Official Website - InClub Member Registration Agreement") issued by China Open.

The InClub members’ account has an electronic QR code. Members can enjoy multiple benefits including membership points which can be used for purchase on the China Open official website, as well as various membership services provided by the InClub website, and the members-only discounts when purchasing at the venue of the China Open etc.

Please carefully read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions and their modifications before submitting your application. By applying to become a member of the InClub, you are agreeing to reach an agreement with China Open and accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by each and every term or condition, please cease applying or registering immediately.

China Open reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you. The amendments shall be published in the form of announcement on the China Open website. If you continue to use the services under these Terms and Conditions after the effective date of each amendment, you will be conclusively deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and will follow such amended version of these Terms and Conditions. If any amendment is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the services that are performed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

China Open reserves the right to restrict, suspend, terminate or cancel this membership plan. Prior notice will be published on the China Open website to notify all current members and the public in writing 30 days in advance.

Membership Application

1. Eligibility

All individuals who meet the age requirement of the customer loyalty program in accordance with the laws of their country of residence (i.e. natural persons who have full civil rights and civil capacity and the ability to independently bear civil liability) are eligible to apply.

2. Membership Points and Rules

The membership points are given by the InClub to its members as rewards. The points can be used towards the purchase or redemption events on the website. Points Conversion: 40 points = 1 yuan

Earning Points:

Members will receive 1 point for every yuan spent on eligible purchases at the China Open’s official channels (Official Website, WeChat)

Validity of Points:

The membership points are valid for two years, and will zero out with October 15th of each year as the settlement date. There are two following cases with respect to the date when the points are received (taking the year of 2017 as an example):

If the points are received before October 15, 2017, they will expire on October 31, 2019.

If the points are received after October 15, 2017, they will expire on October 15, 2020.

Use of Points:

To use the points, you will need to spend at least 40 points each time (to spend as a whole number)

For example: if you have 60 points, then only 40 points can be used. The remaining 20 points can only be used after accumulated to at least 40 points again.

After clicking the button “To Checkout", the payment page will notify you the number of points that can be used and the deductible amount. Checking the box of using membership points will deduct the corresponding amount from the order.

The points usage restriction is subject to the actual situation of the payment page.

Points cannot be redeemed and are not transferable.

Accumulation of Points

Points can only be accumulated under the same account. Since different accounts represent different "identities", the points under multiple accounts cannot be combined together.

Refund of Points

If you want to cancel an order which has used membership points during the purchase, the points will be returned to your InClub account.
